The Shasta Podcaster:Local Music Scene

Northstate Music Scene.

This is something I've really wanted to do since coming up with the idea for the Podcaster. What better way to showcase local talent than by being able to actually play the music instead of just talking about it. If you have a band or group that you'd like to tell us about, by all means get in touch.

Still Married

A pair of transplants from the Bay Area who found Shasta County to be a perfect fit to their sensibilities, Craig and Erin Friedman of Cottonwood moved here a decade ago. Craig owns a local packaging and shipping business on Hilltop, Erin writes songs and promotes the duo. They've self-produced a couple of CD's and have performed at several venues in the area.
